One Planet: COVID-19 Outbreaks At JBS Meat Processing Plants

On this edition of Your Call’s One Planet Series, we're discussing a Mother Jones investigation about the COVID-19 outbreak at a JBS meat processing plant in Greeley, Colorado. According to the CDC, Colorado has the most COVID-19 related deaths connected to meat processing plants. So far, seven workers have died.

In recent weeks, there have been significant outbreaks at JBS beef processing plants across the country. Outbreaks have also hit three of its five pork processing plants. Why didn't JBS and other meat processing multinationals protect its workers?
