LEGALIZATION

Another California neighbor moves toward recreational cannabis // MJ Business Daily  Around 200,000 people have signed a petition to consider a ballot measure that would legalize recreational cannabis in Nevada.  That's about double the number required to get the issue on the ballot in 2016. 

New recreational marijuana laws are counter to U.N. treaties // HuffPost.com  UN executive plans to discuss this issue with the US State Dept. and UN agencies next week.
