TIM BLEVINS: We are at Powell Street, at the turnaround. In San Francisco, California, of course. The only place you'll hear something like this. My name is Tim Blevins, better known as 'Opera'. Everybody calls me Opera. I have a degree in music and voice, and I've actually worked around the world. I'm unemployed at the moment, so I'm just singing wherever.
