Update: Kincade Fire Only 15 Percent Contained

On this edition of Your Call, we get an update on the Kincade fires, which have been burning since last Wednesday. 

The fires have charred 75,415 acres and are only 15 percent contained, according to the California Department of Forestry & Fire Protection. How are people coping?
