Work with Marty Nemko, 3/26/17: Good Jobs in the Gig Economy

On the March 26, 2017 edition of Work with Marty Nemko, I tout good careers in the gig economy, plus good ones for creative people. In the program's second segment, listeners call-in for Workovers---help with their career issue. I also have the nerve to--with my lousy singing voice---perform a song I wrote that reflects my experiences as a career counselor. The song is called The Answers. I introduce it at the 9:20 mark of the show.  And at the 51:15 mark, I perform a short-story story that I wrote about self-confidence.

Work with Marty Nemko is heard every Sunday from 11 AM to noon on KALW 91.7 FM in San Francisco and worldwide on KALW.org.

The programs are archived on NPR.org, iTunes, and in perpetuity on this web page.

Marty Nemko was called "job coach extraordinaire" by U.S. News and "The Bay Area's best career coach" by the San Francisco Bay Guardian.
