Friction Quartet doesn't only play music you’d expect from a string quartet; they also commission new works.
Friction Quartet will be playing at The Brava Theater in their hometown of San Francisco on Saturday April 4, 2015. It's part of the eighth annual Switchboard Music Festival, and they start about 3:15pm.
