According to the United Nations, reducing greenhouse gas emissions is not enough to prevent further global warming, we actually need to remove CO2 from the atmosphere.  But is that possible?

Host Joseph Pace and guests explore natural and engineered carbon removal methods, important tools in the fight against global warming.  What is preventing us from adopting these crucial practices?  And, how might natural carbon capture methods reduce our risk of future devastating forest fires?

Guests:

Giana Amador, co-founder and managing director of Carbon180.

Dan Reicher, executive director of the Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance at Stanford University.

Daniel L. Sanchez, assistant cooperative extension specialist in the Department of Environmental Science, Policy, and Management at the University of California, Berkeley.
