Annette Bistrup

Annette Bistrup is a scientist by training, having done her graduate work in Immunology at the University of California San Francisco. Following her thesis work there, she did a postdoctoral fellowship and then went on to work for several biotech start-up companies in the Bay Area. Annette is well-versed in non-profit administration, development and governance issues, having served, including as president, on the board of directors for a Bay Area community chorus for a number of years. Annette was a volunteer at KALW for many years before becoming a member of the staff in spring of 2011. She is currently supporting membership, underwriting and development efforts at KALW.
